BETWEEN JUNE 2013 and AUGUST 2013…
I built the first phase of a large Cotswold stone triple garage building with space above for a self contained open plan flat. Personally working as the project manager and working hands on during the build. Once weather tight the project was put on hold to resolve a planning restriction.
The plywood cladding along the front of the building shown in the photos above was a temporary measure in order to allow the space to be used as a store until the fit out commences.
