BETWEEN MARCH 2017 and April 2018…
I worked with a developer on the conversion of an unusually large mid-19th century cotswold stone barn. The original barn converted into 6 separate (2 & 3 bedroom) open-plan properties. Above are the completed project photos.
The former steam mill building conversion combined the extensive use of CLT (Cross Laminate Timber) panels from Austria, timber cassettes and automist fire protection systems. These technologies enabled open plan ground floor living with spacious first floor and second floor accommodation above.
